Sajra K. – Clinical Assistant / Treatment Coordinator

Sajra assists Dr. Boehm chairside with various dental procedures, schedules patient’s appointments and orders dental supplies for the office. She feels the most important aspect of her job is patient care. Whether it is making sure patients are comfortable during treatments, or taking the time to answer any questions they have about their treatment.

Sajra loves the fact that dentistry is always progressing, and there are constantly new and improved procedures to learn. She is also excited to be part of a dental team whose goal is improved over-all health for all their patients.

Sajra and her beautiful young son live in Schaumburg.

Silvia B. – Patient Coordinator

As our Patient Coordinator, Silvia’s main focus is customer service: assuring patient’s needs, questions and concerns are being met. She also assists patients with financial arrangements and scheduling appointments.

Our patients find it very easy to tell that Silvia really cares about them because she makes it a point to get to know them on a personal level. Silvia enjoys being part of a team that works together to help patients achieve their oral health goals.

Silvia and her husband live in Streamwood. They have three children and five grandchildren.

Silwia D. – Dental Assistant

Silwia assists Dr. Boehm chairside with various dental procedures and makes sure patient’s needs are being met during treatment. She also performs office laboratory duties such as staining and custom work on ceramic crowns, pouring and mounting models. Silwia completed dental assisting training in Arlington, IL, and has been with our office for almost one year.

Our patients find Silwia very easy going and friendly.

Silwia is originally from Poland and moved to the area six years ago with her parents and sister.

Shilpa P. – Registered Dental Hygienist

Shilpa provides preventive services such as routine cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and oral health education to our patients so they reach optimum oral health. She has a BSc degree in Food and Nutrition as well as Dental Hygiene. Shilpa has been a member of our team for almost a year.

Our patients comment again and again how thorough but gentle Shilpa’s cleanings are. They also appreciate that she is very patient and willing to take time with them. Shilpa loves being able to make a positive difference in our patient’s lives.

Shilpa and her husband have two children, a boy and girl. She loves to cook, sew, embroider and paint but her biggest passion is helping others. Making a difference in others’ lives gives her great happiness.

Dawn Q. – Dental Hygienist

Dawn provides preventive services such as routine cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and oral health education to our patients so they reach obtain optimum oral health. She received an Associates Degree from William Rainey Harper College and has been a member of our team for nineteen years.
Dawn enjoys working with all of her patients and truly enjoys the work she does.

Dawn and her husband have two hockey players (sons). She spends a lot of her spare time being a hockey mom or volunteering at her sons’ schools. Dawn also works with various charity groups.

Cynthia Evans Johnson – LMT Licensed Massage Therapist

As a bio-friendly dental practice we look for noninvasive, drug free alternatives to help our patients deal with pain and discomfort. As a licensed massage therapist Cynthia provides treatments such as ETPS, Cranial Sacral and Lymphatic therapies that are safe and effective for patients of all ages.

Cynthia has received extensive training in numerous alternative treatments and massage techniques such as ETPS Therapy, Mechanical Link by Paul Chauffour, and Paul St. John Neural Muscular Therapy. She received a Pre-Occupational degree from College of Lake County. Cynthia completed a internship at Upledger Institute. She holds a massage therapy license in Illinois and Colorado.

Our patients are amazed that after one or two treatments with Cynthia they are already feeling better. After seeing her on a regular basis, pain that patients have had for an extended period of time is gone and they sleep better, their digestive system works better and they can’t remember the last time they had a headache.

Cynthia lives in Island Lake and has two grown children. She plays both the guitar and flute, loves to camp and kayak, and loves animals.
